Identifying and Managing the Most Challenging Claims—from the Start

BrightCure PDQ is based upon our unique predictive model that identifies complex claims. These are the same claims that give medical teams the greatest concerns, with significant treatment risk and corresponding cost potential and often the most serious return to work challenges. When such claims are opened, a SeaBright physician is assigned to become involved from the start, along with the claims examiner.

By immediately bringing our physicians into the process to review, authorize, and consult with the treating physician on the injured worker's medical treatment and requests for pharmaceuticals, we deliver better medical care faster, and reduce the chance of costly delays and potential billing issues.
