John Pasqualetto
Mr. Pasqualetto serves as Chairman, President and CEO of SeaBright Insurance Holdings, Inc. and SeaBright Insurance Company. He was formerly the President and CEO of Eagle Insurance Companies, President of Kemper Employers Group and Senior Vice President of the Kemper Insurance Companies, holding these positions concurrently after joining Kemper in 1998. Prior experience includes serving as President of the Specialty Workers' Compensation Division of the American International Group (AIG), the co- founding of Great States Insurance Company, a California-based specialty workers' compensation company, and executive positions with Argonaut Insurance Company and the State Compensation Insurance Fund of California. John has a B.A. degree from California State University at Northridge.

Richard Gergasko, FCAS, MAAA
Mr. Gergasko serves as Executive Vice President of SeaBright Insurance Company and is responsible for all operations other than finance and information technology. Rich formerly served in the same capacity at Eagle Insurance Companies, having joined the company in May, 1999, originally charged with heading underwriting and research and development. Rich has held a variety of positions in the insurance industry, including Underwriting Vice President of AIG's workers' compensation specialty group, as well as various actuarial positions at Crum and Forster, William M. Mercer, Inc. and MBA, Inc.. He has a BA degree in Statistics from Rutgers College, is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. Rich has worked in the insurance industry since 1980.

Richard Seelinger
Mr. Seelinger serves as Senior Vice President of Policyholder Services for SeaBright, and in this role, he has technical and administrative responsibility for our claims handling operations. Rich served in an identical capacity with the Eagle Insurance Companies, which he joined in 2000. Having begun his insurance career in 1985, Rich held a series of critical executive positions with the Kemper Insurance Companies including Director of Corporate Planning and Research and served as the company's Workers Compensation Claims Officer. Rich holds a BA degree in History from Western Illinois University.
Marc Miller, M.D.
Dr. Miller serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer for SeaBright. In this role, Marc is responsible for the development and implementation of managed care strategies and programs to enhance the quality and cost effectiveness of claimant medical care. He also consults with our claim examiners regarding specific claimant medical issues and monitors our prescription drug program to assure its efficient and cost-effective operation. Marc was formerly Medical Director for a variety of public and private organizations, including Orange County Medical Services for the Indigent, MedLink Health Care Networks and FHP, Inc., and he served as Medical Center Administrator for Talbert Medical Management Corporation. He is a Fellow of the American College of Physician Executives and the American College of Preventative Medicine, and serves on the Advisory Board of the National Managed Health Care Congress. Marc holds a B.A. from Stanford University, an MBA from Golden Gate University, a Masters in Public Health from UCLA, and an M.D. from Rush University.

Drue Wax, J.D.
Ms. Wax serves as General Counsel, Senior Vice President and Corporate Secretary. Drue has advised SeaBright and its predecessor companies since 1998 and guides our business on corporate governance, regulatory and legislative issues, compliance, contract law and litigation management. Drue has served as senior counsel in the corporate legal department of the Kemper Insurance Companies and worked for the law firms Davidson, Goldstein, Mandell & Menkes and Sidley & Austin. Drue holds a J.D. degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a B.A. from Middlebury College.
Jeff Wanamaker, CPCU, ARe
Mr. Wanamaker is SeaBright's Senior Vice President of Underwriting. He is responsible for setting the underwriting direction for SeaBright, including pricing strategy and coverage decisions. Jeff served in the same capacity at the Eagle Insurance Companies, having joined the firm in 1999. In the ten years prior, he was employed by Alaska National Insurance Company, where he underwrote most commercial lines and ultimately specialized in accounts with a combination of State Act Workers' Compensation, Longshore and Maritime employment exposures. Jeff has a Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Finance and Economics from the University of Alaska and has earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter and Associate in Reinsurance professional designations.
James L. (Skip) Borland, III
Mr. Borland serves as Vice President and Chief Information Officer for SeaBright and in this role is responsible for all Information Technology strategic and operational decisions. He joined Kemper Employers Group in 2000 and during that time was also responsible for Information Technology oversight for Eagle Insurance Companies and five other Kemper Employers Group business units. His insurance background includes both Information Technology as well as Underwriting. He began his career in the insurance industry in 1987 and has held positions at the New Hampshire Insurance Company (an AIG Company), Great States Insurance Company, FHP Health Care and PacifiCare Health Systems. Skip holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Pepperdine University and is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Business School Honors Society.
