Business is written on guaranteed cost as well as loss sensitive plans including retrospective rating plans and large deductible plans (in select states). We will offer maritime employers' liability coverage up to $1,000,000 limits. We loss control engineer all risks prior to quoting, necessitating 30 days lead-time for submissions. Business submissions are accepted from SeaBright-appointed independent agents and brokers, and from other selected brokers via PointSure Insurance Services, our wholesale broker affiliate.

We are currently targeting business with primary exposure in AK, AL, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, KY, LA, MD, MO, MS, NJ, NV, PA, TN, TX, UT, VA and WA, and can accommodate incidental exposures in NM, OK, OR, and SC.
