Report a Claim: Explains the three ways to report accidents, including through our BrightNotice Claim Reporting system.

Track Claims: Enables policyholders to track the status of claims and print reports using our password-protected BrightView Loss Information System or our PC-based Compass System (for larger customers). Reports include medical care savings summaries, as well as claims analyses that highlight injury trends to help employers improve safety.

Get Loss Reports: Enables policyholders to sort, review, and analyze claims and print standard loss runs or user-configured custom reports, including claimant repeater reports.

Report Payroll: Enables policyholders to report payroll data and automatically calculates monthly premiums; also enables brokers reports.

Find a Medical Provider: Provides quick access to our four BrightCure networks of preferred providers.

Fill First Prescription: A form for use before a claim becomes fully active that enables injured workers to fill their initial prescription without having to pay for it out-of-pocket and seek reimbursement later.
